Buyer Representation is for the exclusive benefit of the Buyer. There is no dual agency or conflict of interest between Purchaser and Seller. The Buyer receives un-biased, objective reporting. Another benefit of Buyer Representation is that it creates a "buffer" between the purchaser and real estate community which insures that your plans and motives are kept secret. This non-disclosure atmosphere creates expectancy and competition among sellers, which works in favor of the Buyer.

When performing Buyer Representation services or buyer brokerage services, The Lyons Group performs many functions on behalf of our clients including:
