Bobby Lyons, SIOR, CCIM

President

Bobby Lyons is an industrial real estate broker, auctioneer, developer and the owner/president of Lyons Industrial Properties, a full service industrial real estate brokerage, development and management firm based in Spartanburg, SC. The company specializes in leasing, sales, and development of industrial buildings… warehouses, manufacturing, and distribution facilities. Their market area consists of the 10 counties which make up the Upstate of South Carolina market with a focus on Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson and Cherokee Counties – all of which are located along the booming I-85 corridor.

Bobby is a graduate of Clemson University where he earned a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering in 1990.

Bobby earned the prestigious CCIM designation in June, 2002, at the CCIM Institute’s annual convention held in Phoenix, Arizona. The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial and industrial real estate professionals upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. CCIM’s are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America, Asia, Europe, and the Caribbean. Only six percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry. Bobby has extensive experience in industrial real estate brokerage (conventional), auctions (accelerated marketing method), development, construction, and investment analysis.

Bobby is married and has six children with ages ranging from 21 years to 8 years old. Bobby is on the advisory board for Wells Fargo Bank, he is in his seventh year as Program Chairman and an active member with the Downtown Rotary Club of Spartanburg, and he and his family are members of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Gaffney, SC.

Luke Lyons

Vice President of Brokerage Services

Luke Lyons is the Vice President of Brokerage Services for Lyons Industrial.

Luke joined his dad, Bobby, in 2017 to further develop Lyons Industrial’s proven track record of successfully delivering industrial real estate knowledge to their clients. Luke has extensive experience in industrial real estate brokerage, Industrial development and construction, and investment analysis. 

Luke is a graduate of Franciscan University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business management in 2020.

Joe Lomady

Brokerage Associate 

Joe Lomady is a Brokerage Associate for Lyons Industrial. Joe moved from Washington D.C. to assist Lyons Industrial in representing their brokerage, advisory, and consulting services to exceptional clients and properties. 

Joe’s goal is to assure that clients will receive total commitment, dedicated service, professional representation, extensive market knowledge, and ultimately, a successful and enjoyable real estate transaction.

Joe is graduate of Franciscan University where he earned a bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in 2019.

Chris Hober

Chris Hober is a Brokerage Associate for Lyons Industrial. Chris moved from Cleveland, Ohio to assist Lyons Industrial in representing their brokerage, advisory, and consulting services to exceptional clients and properties.

Chris’s goal is to strive to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment for our Clients and Lyons Industrial.

Chris is a graduate of Franciscan University where he earned a bachelor of Science degree in Marketing in 2020.

Danny Butters

Danny Butters is a Brokerage Associate for Lyons Industrial Properties. Danny recently moved from Virginia along with his wife and 2 sons. He brings over 3 years of Real Estate experience to the Lyons Industrial Team. With over 30 deals closed he brings invaluable contract knowledge, negotiating experience, and marketing skill to assist Lyons Industrial in representing their Clients.  

Danny is client focused. His goal is to represent clients to the highest standard by providing clear communication, accurate market research, and extensive industry knowledge.  Danny is a proud alumnus of Franciscan University of Steubenville where he earned a bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science in 2017
